Our Easy 5 Step Workout Routine to Keep that Summer Body and Skin Glowing

Below is an easy workout routine that can be done in the morning before you head to work and at night  before you go to bed to keep both your body and skin in tip top conditions as summer comes to end.

Steps to get you started

Burpees our Favourite!! Just for 1 Minute- Easy Right?



Then follow up with a minute of Plank Pikes


A minute of Jump Squats are next


Triceps Dips for A minute



A minute of Butt Kicks and we are done!!!


Yaay, you’ve just completed the first part of the 15-minute workout routine! Now rinse and repeat 2 more times and you’re done.
